New AI Tools This Week: Agent Image SiteAI, ChatGPT + iCloud, Gemini Autofill (Oct 29, 2026)

Published . Every item links to its source; prices and availability change often.

The theme this week: AI is moving into the places agents already work, from your website and inbox to your calendar and spreadsheets. Here's what launched or changed from October 23 to 29, 2026, plus the price changes we confirmed on official pages.

1. Agent Image launches SiteAI for agent websites

SiteAI is an AI layer that sits on an agent's, team's or brokerage's existing website. Visitors ask questions in their own words about listings, neighborhoods, the local market or how you work, and each answer is laid out as a magazine-style page in your branding instead of a chat bubble. When a visitor is ready to connect, you get a briefing with details like budget range, neighborhood preferences, intent level and a suggested follow-up. Agent Image says Fair Housing guardrails are built in. It's available now to all agents; pricing is quoted based on your site, team size and market. Why it matters: it turns website visits into warmer leads, but compare it with the AI chatbots we list before you commit.

2. ChatGPT adds iCloud Mail and Calendar plugins

iCloud users can now connect Mail and Calendar to ChatGPT to find emails, catch up on the inbox, check their schedule and update calendar events. It's available on all ChatGPT plans on the web, the desktop app and iOS. Why it matters: agents who run their business from an iPhone can ask ChatGPT what's on today's showing schedule or find a client's last email. Keep client data rules from your brokerage in mind before connecting.

3. OpenAI releases GPT-6.1 Terra for ChatGPT Work

GPT-6.1 Terra is a fast, lower-cost model for visual reasoning, computer use (acting in your browser, desktop and apps) and clear writing. It's rolling out in ChatGPT Work and Codex on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu plans, not in the regular Chat tab. OpenAI says the same plan allowance covers more tasks with Terra than with its bigger models, and overall usage limits are unchanged. Why it matters: computer-use tasks like filling out repetitive web forms get cheaper to run on a plan you may already pay for.

4. Chrome's enhanced autofill now pulls details from Gmail

Using Gemini with Personal Intelligence, Chrome's enhanced autofill can now suggest information found in Gmail, like order numbers, tracking information and flight bookings, while you fill out online forms. It's rolling out in the U.S. on desktop, Android and iOS for Gemini in Chrome users who have Personal Intelligence turned on, and you control it in Chrome settings.

5. Fill with Gemini in Google Sheets now cites its web sources

When you use Gemini's AI function to fill cells in Google Sheets, each cell now shows the exact web sources it used, so you can check the answer. Google also raised the limit to 3,000 cells per request and says processing is faster. Why it matters: if you build lists of local businesses, schools or vendors in Sheets, you can now verify each fact before it goes into client materials.

6. Price check: Synthesia Starter now $19/month

Synthesia's official pricing page now lists the Starter plan at $19/month, down from the $29 we recorded on October 20. The Basic plan is still free (10 minutes a month) and Pro is $89/month. That puts Starter below HeyGen's Creator plan ($29/month, or $24 billed annually). See our HeyGen vs Synthesia guide for which one fits listing videos.
