These terms apply to bestaiforagents.com, which is operated by Best AI for Agents ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying anything from us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Contact: hello@bestaiforagents.com.
Using the site
You may browse and share our content for personal and business research. Don't scrape the site in bulk, republish substantial parts of it as your own, try to disrupt or break into the site or its forms, or use it for anything unlawful. We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Editorial independence
Our tool listings, rankings, comparisons and guides are our own editorial judgment. Sponsors and affiliate partners can't buy rankings, reviews or editorial changes. Sponsored placements are always labeled. Some links may be affiliate links; see our Disclosure.
Informational only, not professional advice
Everything on the site, in our newsletter and in gameplans is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance or brokerage advice. Tool features and prices change often, and we can't guarantee our information is current or complete. Check details with the vendor, and consult your broker, attorney or other qualified professional before you make decisions, especially about fair housing, advertising rules, privacy, TCPA or MLS compliance.

We link to third-party products and websites that we don't control. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for their products, pricing, data practices or availability.
Personalized AI Tool Gameplan ($97)
- What you get: a written gameplan, based on the answers in your intake form, recommending which tools to keep, cut and add within the budget you give us. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Payment: $97 USD, paid up front through Stripe checkout.
- Delivery: we email your gameplan from hello@bestaiforagents.com within 2 business days of receiving your completed intake form.
- Refund guarantee: if we don't deliver your gameplan within 2 business days of receiving your completed intake form, you get a full refund. Email hello@bestaiforagents.com to request it. For other concerns, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
- Your information: recommendations depend on the accuracy of what you tell us. Your intake answers are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
- No guarantees of results: a gameplan offers recommendations only. We don't guarantee savings, leads, sales or any other business result, and you decide what to buy, keep or cancel.
Sponsorships and advertising
- Sponsorship placements are sold as described on our Advertise page and paid through Stripe. Monthly placements renew each month until you cancel.
- Every sponsored placement is labeled "Sponsored" or "Featured," and its links use
rel="sponsored". - We may decline or remove any sponsorship that is misleading, unlawful or a poor fit for our audience. We'll refund any unused prepaid period if we remove one for reasons other than a breach of these terms.
- Sponsorship does not affect our rankings or reviews. Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy of the materials they provide.
- We don't guarantee any particular amount of traffic, clicks or results.
No warranties
The site, newsletter and all services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
