Privacy Policy

Best AI for Agents ("we", "us") runs bestaiforagents.com, a directory of AI tools for real estate agents. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions: hello@bestaiforagents.com.

The short version

• We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and our own site sets no cookies.
• We collect personal information only when you give it to us: when you subscribe to the newsletter, buy a gameplan and fill in the intake form, or email us.
• We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

Information we collect and the services involved

• Hosting and server logs (Vercel). The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamps to deliver pages, keep the service secure and troubleshoot problems. We don't use Vercel Web Analytics or any other analytics product.
• Newsletter (beehiiv). The newsletter sign-up form is embedded from beehiiv. If you subscribe, beehiiv collects your email address and processes it on our behalf to send the newsletter. beehiiv may also record whether emails are opened or clicked. The embedded form loads from beehiiv's servers and is governed by beehiiv's privacy policy. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Payments (Stripe). Gameplan purchases and sponsorship payments go through Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe collects your payment details, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares the details we need to fulfill your order and keep records, such as your name, email, amount and payment status. See Stripe's privacy policy. Stripe may use cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention.
• Gameplan intake form (Vercel Blob). After you buy the $97 gameplan, the intake form asks for your name, email, brokerage or team (optional), role, the tools you use and what you pay, your budget, team size, transaction count, sales volume (optional), your needs and any notes. Your submission is stored as a private file in Vercel Blob storage. We use it only to write and deliver your gameplan and to provide support.
• Email (hello@bestaiforagents.com via ImprovMX). When you email us, ImprovMX forwards the message to our mailbox, which is hosted by Google. We also use ImprovMX to send transactional emails such as gameplan delivery and replies. We keep correspondence as long as we need it for the reason you contacted us.
• Tool logos. To show tool logos, your browser loads small favicon images from Google's favicon service (google.com/s2/favicons). Google receives standard request data, such as your IP address and user agent, when it serves them.
• Google Search Console and IndexNow. We use Google Search Console to see aggregate data about how our pages appear in Google Search, and IndexNow to tell search engines when pages change. Neither one places code on our pages that tracks you. Search Console reports are aggregated and do not identify individual visitors.

Cookies

Our site does not set cookies. Third-party services we embed or link to may set their own cookies under their own policies, for example beehiiv's embedded form and Stripe's checkout pages. If we ever add analytics or affiliate tracking that uses cookies, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

• To send the newsletter you signed up for.
• To process payments and deliver gameplans and sponsorships.
• To answer your emails and provide support.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers listed above, who process it to provide their services, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as California law defines that term.

Retention

We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep order and intake records as long as needed to deliver your order, handle refunds or questions, and meet tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete them or keep only what the law requires.

Your rights (including CCPA/CPRA and GDPR)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (for example, by unsubscribing). California residents also have the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. To make a request, email hello@bestaiforagents.com. We may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We process data to perform our contract with you (orders), based on your consent (newsletter), and for our legitimate interests (security and support).

Children

The site is meant for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
